Home Watch is a vital service dedicated to regularly checking a property, ensuring it is secure, well maintained and addressing any issues promptly. Homeowners who spend extended periods away from their properties, due to travel, seasonal residence patterns, etc. can rest easy, knowing their property is being looked after by certified professionals.

We use a comprehensive checklist that can be altered to your needs or special requests. Available to you 24/7 in our secure customer portal.

VIEW SAMPLE REPORT

Interior checklist:

Measure & record indoor temperature & humidity.
Visually check for mold, mildew & water damage.
Check windows and doors are shut & secure.
Inspect for rodents, insects and pest infestation.
Run faucets, showers, garbage disposals & flush toilets.
Electrical panel inspection (tripped breakers, faults).
A/C handler inspection (coil frost, drain line, filter condition).
Check water heater for leaks.
Inspection of vehicle(s) (battery maintainer, tires, interior for mold).
Check refrigerator(s) & freezer(s) are properly functioning.
Check smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for proper function.

Exterior checklist:

Inspect A/C unit (leaks, debris, breaker).
Landscaping (trees, weeds, nests).
Pool & equipment observation (cleanliness, water level).
Inspect lanai & screening (tears, rips, worn seals).
Visually check dock & boat(s).
Inspect electrical panel.
Open water valve to property.
Collect mail, packages etc.

Departure:

Turn off lights.
Lock door & activate alarm system.
Shut off water supply to property.
Submit Report to Client Portal.

Client & Property Assessment

Meeting and conducting a comprehensive assessment of your property and your unique needs and requests.

We like to meet and get to know our clients and their property. Inspection checklist and details will be discussed as well as our additional services we offer.

We will have you fill out some documents and create a custom profile with details about you and your property.

A walkthrough of the property will allow us to address any potential issues and take note of special requests you may have. Any remaining questions you have will be answered.

Home Watch Inspections

We conduct our inspections using modern GPS auditing software, allowing us find issues or concerns throughout the property on a consistent basis.

Observing the exterior perimeter of property including A/C unit, lawn & landscaping, pool, lanai, outdoor kitchen etc.

Examining interior for issues and potential problems such as water leaks, excessive humidity, unsecured windows/doors, pest infestations, etc.

Ensuring your property is locked, armed and main water valve is shut off upon leaving.

Report and Communication

After each visit, a detailed report containing documentation and photos will be sent to you and uploaded to the client portal.

If an issue is urgent, we will reach out to you immediately. If you and your emergency contacts are unavailable at the time, we can have the problem remediated by one of our trusted vendors in the mean time.

Our customer portal allows you to conveniently access reports, invoices and any noted issues, whenever it suits you.
