Storms move fast and can come with little warning. The best way to prepare your property for hurricane season, is to have us do it for you!

We offer a comprehensive preparedness plan for our existing clients, to give your property the best chance when mother nature strikes. If you have hurricane shutters for your property, we will go through a test run to ensure everything is available and functions properly in the case of an emergency.

We will complete a Pre Storm Prep before the storm and a Post Storm Inspection as soon as the storm has passed. Keeping you up to date on all issues and progress on your property. The quicker an issue is remedied, the less chance of compounding damage. Put your mind at ease and let us take care of it!

Pre Storm Preparation:

  • A Pre Storm Inspection of the exterior, to locate and secure areas of potential damage.
  • Secure hurricane shutters (crank, accordion & motorized).
  • Any furniture, bbqs, pots/planters etc. will become projectiles if not properly secured or stored away.
  • Photos will be provided for insurance purposes.

Post Storm Inspection:

  • After the storm has passed, we asses if any damage has occurred to the property. Everyone is urgent for answers on their property, we understand that and work efficiently to get to as many properties as quickly as possible.
  • If any damage is found, we will document and start the clean up process. Contact will be made immediately to offer a solution. We have trusted restoration vendors for your convenience if you choose and will keep you up to date on repairs and organize access for contractors when needed.
  • Photos will be provided for insurance purposes.
